For Immediate Release

Let Mark German and Janice Wolfe show you how to be the leader of your pack with this common sense approach.

Co-Authors of “There’s Hope!” (c)

Mark German and Janice Wolfe have a passionate mission. They travel around the United States and Canada, and soon abroad, to help dog owners save those “bad dogs” that the rest of the people have either given up on or lack the knowledge to help the dog through conventional means. Mark and Janice have been profiled on such shows as Good Morning, Arizona, the Pat McMahon Show, WABC, Paltalk.com, The Pet Stop, WABC, 201 Magazine, VoiceAmerica.com, USA Today, and a host of others, working to get the word out to all dog owners: There‘s Hope!© Mark and Janice strive to bring this awareness to everyone who loves his or her dog but struggles with out-of-control behaviors such as jumping, barking, lunging, pulling on a leash, aggression, or fearfulness, and cannot find anyone to help them. You do not need to “audition” with us for us to help you!  You do not need a plethora of DVDs and plastic collars.  We are available to everyone, not just movie stars!  “I know of people who can‘t even have guests over to their house because of unruly dogs. I can show people how to change that and get their lives back.” For many dogs and their owners, Mark and Janice are the last hope. “We not only change dogs,we change the humans”. Statistics show that most people euthanize or relinquish their dogs because of behavioral issues, and this can be changed. If owners followed The Four Essentials to a Stable Dog©, both dogs and humans would be stable and far happier.  With the human in charge, this relationship then allows the dog to well, just be a dog! A stable dog is far less likely to have issues or a frazzled and frustrated owner.

Mark German has a special gift and has been training owners and rehabilitating their dogs for more than 17 years. “It‘s all about the energy” is his mantra. Janice Wolfe has more than 25 years experience working with dogs and horses.  It is frustrating to see people who work with dogs – obedience trainers, handlers, shelter employees, veterinarians, and even some  behaviorists‘- treat dogs in a way that is detrimental to the dog‘s state of mind. After mastering several forms of obedience “training”, Mark realized that these conventional methods failed to change “bad dogs”, and evolved his own techniques to help those dogs that remained aggressive, fearful, or unstable. Using his techniques, he has saved thousands of aggressive, fearful, and “death row” dogs. Years ago, he realized that in order to help more dogs, he needed to teach his techniques to others. A sort of “Pay it Forward” concept.  Janice was the first graduate of the academy.

There are too many dogs and people that need help. Mark had to find a way to help more dogs. One man alone cannot do it, even with a TV show!   That’s why Mark established America’s Canine Academy in 2005, where Janice joined the team.

Leadership is about using one‘s energy to stay in control, not man-handling or scaring a dog into submission. To have a stable relationship with our dogs we must remain calm and realize that we are always teaching our dogs our rules, not “training” them. We must learn to think of our dogs as dogs and meet the needs of the dog to have a stable relationship. Mark and Janice teach private classes to help owners with their dog‘s issues, and visit shelters and rehabilitate dogs that have been labeled as not adoptable due to aggression, lunging, barking, shyness or other reasons. Even after others have been unsuccessful at helping dogs, Mark and Janice are able to give these dogs a chance at a new life. Since we are all working towards the same goal, saving as many dogs as we can.  We should all embrace these teachings and techniques to help even more people with their dogs and to help shelter dogs to find homes, and be happy pack members. Why, because it works! Together, we can save more dogs.

Mark and Janice travel around the country training certified “canine behavior specialists”, or “dog whisperers”, helping individual people in their homes, working with “bad dogs” and appearing at book signings, Pet Expos, pet stores, private and public dog events, and anywhere there is a “bad dog” that needs help. In their book and upcoming DVD, There‘s Hope!©, Mark German and Janice Wolfe teach you how to live with your dog, with you, as the pack leader. In a step-by-step guide, they teach you how to “fix” issues, and even prevent problems before dominant behaviors turn into more serious issues; they teach YOU to become the leader of your pack, walk your dog the proper way, and how to set rules for the dog.  They also teach you about GOOD NUTRITION which is key to a stable dog.  We do not promote products for profit!

Their weekly radio show on PalTalk.com allows them to reach even more dogs and their owners. They are filming the pilot for their TV show and are hoping to use this venue to reach more “bad” dogs, and their owners. Their ultimate goal is to have every dog in a forever home, with loving, calm, confident pack leaders in charge. For “bad dogs” and humans, There‘s Hope! (c)
